Complaints

Making a complaint is free.

If something has gone wrong, we want to hear about it. Tell us what happened and what you would like done about it, and we will work through it with you. It costs nothing to make a complaint and it will not affect your service.

Before you start

How we handle complaints

Our Complaints Handling Policy sets out what we do with a complaint, who looks at it and how long it should take. If your complaint is about a network outage, the second document covers what we do and how we keep you informed.

Tell us what happened

Make a complaint

The more you can tell us, the faster we can sort it out. Nothing here is compulsory except a way to reach you.

If you have it to hand. We can still find you without it.

How would you like us to get back to you?

Dates, who you spoke to and what was said all help, but tell it however is easiest.

We will acknowledge your complaint and keep you updated as we work through it.

Other ways to reach us

Prefer to call or write? Or take it further?

You do not have to use the form — a complaint made by phone or post carries exactly the same weight. And you can take a complaint elsewhere at any time.

By phone or post
