How does the community give-back work?
You pick a Queensland community organisation when you sign up. 5% of your total spend goes to that organisation for as long as the service stays connected. It does not change what you pay.
Does it cost me anything extra?
No. The contribution comes out of our side, not yours. The price you see is the price you pay.
Which speed should I choose?
It depends on how many people are online at once and what they are doing. The speed guide further up this page walks through it. If you are still unsure, talk to us before you order rather than after.
Is every speed available at every address?
No. The speeds available to you depend on the technology serving your address. Tell us where you are and we will confirm which plans you can order there.
Do I need a new modem?
In most cases yes, if your current modem is more than a few years old or was supplied for a different type of connection. Tell us what you have when you order and we will tell you honestly whether it will work before you spend anything.
